Relativity and it's value..

We value happiness more than sadness..
We value pleasure more than pain..
We value good over bad..

But just thinking why we do that.. is it because we go through more sadness compared to happiness.. more pain compared to pleasure.. more bad around us compared to good..


So to keep the value of happiness we go through more sadness and same for others..

And if we analyse ourself.. we find that..

we look very small/silly reason to be unhappy even we have lot of reason to be express a smile and leave healthy life. :)

Above statement looks correct as most of us definitely have 2 meals per day, enough cloths to wear, shelter to sleep.. but it is not easy to have expression which say's I have most of it..

Pleasure and it's duration

All of us have pleasure of eating food that we like... wearing cloths that we love..
spending time/sleeping with some one that we would like to have.. but every thing looks very short and we keep visiting the same to have pleasure..

But is there any thing that I can stick to have fun/pleasure/fulfillment all the time.
or it is more of imagination and some thing like this does not exists.

Happiness

Why only human beings??

I am not sure with Age or from beginning I am not soo good at celebrations including festivals..

Recently started thinking on a topic why we human being only think of celebration.. why not any other creature in the planet..

I am not sure whether other creatures on this planet even would bother about the time (Which itself is tough to define)

Individual performance evaluation in Agile development

In agile there is lot of value for the team work. Hence looking for option in Agile process do we need to evaluate the complete team and every one in a team carry the same rating.. Or still we need to have individual performance evaluated separately.


Any thought on this.

Development Vs Testing and team structure.

I think when we started the IT we didn't had any difference between the development and testing. But in the middle we felt we need to have testing team who will focus on the testing to reduce the number of issue.. Not sure why we didn't think of strengthning the development rather than separating it out.

I would think good development which includes the writing the code with good test coverage does not need separate test team as such. And I believe we are going to back to the initial stages of software development where the main focus is on development with good testing around it.

Going forward we will not have a separate test team and I believe there will be more focus on white box testing rather than black box testing.
